Consent to Personal Data Processing
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This page explains how consent to personal data processing is obtained and used on the DIV.OLGA website.
1. Voluntary consent
Where processing is based on consent, consent is voluntary, specific and informed. Consent is given through an affirmative action such as selecting a checkbox or choosing an option in the website's consent interface.
Consent is not assumed from silence, inactivity or simply visiting the website.
2. Contact forms
When you submit information through a contact form, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message, in order to respond to your enquiry.
Where the form explicitly asks for consent, selecting the corresponding checkbox confirms that you agree to the processing described next to that checkbox and in the Privacy Policy.
3. Analytics consent
Consent for Google Analytics and other non-essential analytics technologies is requested separately through the website's analytics or cookie consent interface.
Analytics consent is not required in order to use the essential functionality of the website.
4. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw consent at any time. For personal-data requests you may contact divolga@inbox.lv. Analytics consent can also be changed through the website's consent controls when available.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
5. Consequences of refusing consent
You are free to refuse optional consent. Refusing analytics consent does not prevent access to the website. However, where certain personal data is necessary to answer a request you submit, we may not be able to respond without that information.
6. No bundled marketing consent
Consent to answer an enquiry or use analytics is not treated as consent to receive advertising or unrelated marketing. Any such processing would require its own appropriate legal basis.
7. Further information
More information about processing purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and your rights is available in the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.
